My Christmas Bouquet Design Competition

Growing Paper is looking for new artwork for their 2023 Christmas range.

Create unique Christmas card designs that celebrate the festive spirit that surrounds this special time of the year.

Six designs will be selected to be used on Growing Paper Christmas products.

Any school-going child (home school, public or private school) from Grade 4 to Grade 12, in South Africa may participate in the Growing Paper design competition.
Artwork must not be larger than an A4 sheet.
Full colour or black-and-white drawings, etchings or paintings will be accepted.
Entry closes on 21 July 2023.
All entries must be accompanied by an entry form.
Entries may be sent via email to christel@growingpaper.co.za in the form of a high-resolution scan or delivered to Lize Signs, 29 Hugenote St, Malmesbury, 7299.
If delivered to Lize Signs only paper or white cardboard will be accepted. It may not be folded, rolled, or mounted.
Do not paste or write anything on the front of the artwork.
By submitting the artwork, the applicant hereby agrees that the artwork will remain the property of Growing Paper and that the artwork may be used on Growing Paper stationery products.
The Applicant understands and acknowledges that the submitted artwork will be used on products sold as part of the Growing Paper ranges.

Please remember that the artwork will be printed on a card or stationery item. It is not very big, so a simple design is better. When it comes to our paper we always say: “less is more”.

The whole page should not be covered with a solid background colour. Artwork with white background works better onour paper as the texture and colour of our paper add to the quality of the product.
Our products are sold internationally, so the Christmas theme should be relevant to all countries and cultures and notbound to a specific season or religion.

R250 and a gift pack filled with Growing Paper goodies for each of the 6 designs chosen.

Your artwork will also receive an international platform and exposure as part of Growing Paper’s Christmas range.

A lot of care is taken when choosing designs for any season. We will take the following into consideration:

Winning designs will be chosen by a group of Growing Paper staff members. Winners will be announced on 28 July 2023

on our website and social media channels.

Details of the winners may be given to the media for further announcements. All winners will be notified elephonically
