The provision of goods and services by Growing Paper CC is subject to availability. In case of unavailability, Growing Paper CC will refund the client in full within 30 days.
Cancellation of online (retail) orders by the client, will attract a R10 administration fee.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with part or all of your online (retail) purchases, you can return it in its original condition and packaging for a voucher exchange within seven days of receipt. Cost of the courier/postage to return the order to us will be the client’s responsibility.

Please note that you must inform Growing Paper of your intention to return your order (or part of your order) and to provide us with the tracking number please. We can not accept returns without a tracking number or if it has been damaged or used.
The ECT Act’s cooling off period does not apply to goods made or altered to your specifications (custom orders). Custom orders are not refundable after the order has been completed as samples are signed off by the client for approval, before we proceed with the order.
We regret that there is not a returns policy on international orders due to customs restrictions and duties.
International customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and any custom duties that their country of destination might enforce upon them.
