Return & Refund Policy

Standard Goods

You are welcome to return any goods purchased within 7 days of receiving the item.

We can only accept goods for return that are still in their original unopened packaging. You will have to pay to have the item couriered or posted back to us, but as soon as we receive it, we will issue you a credit note.

Our policy is to deduct a 15% handling fee from the original price.

Promotional & Wedding Goods

PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept returns of promotional or wedding goods. Please ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the sample of your custom order.

Damaged Goods

If a product is damaged when you receive it, you must inform Growing Paper within one working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account.


If you haven’t opted for delivery insurance ( extra cost on top of delivery), we can take no responsibility for any lost parcels. Please inform us when opting for delivery options whether you require insurance.
