Retail orders from our online shop are subject to availability and receipt of payment. Online orders will be processed within 3 business days and delivery confirmed via e-mail. Growing Paper CC uses The Courier Guy and Fastway for South African addresses. Shipping price depends on the size of your order and will be calculated on checkout. Please allow two to seven days for delivery.

If you choose to collect your order from our factory (just outside Malmesbury, Western Cape), please phone 071 472 4376 to confirm the date and time when your order will be ready for collection. Our factory is open from Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30 but it is best to confirm someone is available to assist you.
Lead times for custom orders:
Custom orders via our online form (or e-mail [email protected]) are subject to the complexity of the custom order (e.g. quantity, technical detail, folding, printing, packaging, etc.) and payment received. Our lead times vary depending on the product and quantity ordered but we work on a minimum of five business days from date of artwork sign off and proof of payment received, until date of dispatch.
Lead time guidelines:
Custom printed seeded paper products 500 units or less, size A6 and smaller: 5-7 business days.
Custom printed seeded paper products 500 units or less, size A5 and bigger: 5-10 business days.
Custom printed seeded paper products 500 – 2000 units, size A6 and smaller: 5-10 business days.
Custom printed seeded paper products 500 – 2000 units, size A5 and bigger: 10-14 business days.
Please ask for lead time when you order Notebooks, Calendars or Notepads, or when your order exceeds 2000 units.
